Permanent position in AIB. Working on a Central Review team “Centre of Excellence” completing Annual Reviews which involves a significant level of financial analysis and credit reporting. I am the Risk leader for our team which involves identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring all actions are met and reported on in a timely manner. Furthermore I am the main point of contact for the team with other stakeholders and our Case Managers and deal with queries on a daily basis. I am also involved in projects to enhance the teams capabilities. Training new staff and Qa’ing their reports is a daily task.

I work here part time, I have a managerial role in Lisduff. However I also work on accounts, VAT and ensure the smooth running of the business. Christmas is our busiest time where we run Santa trains and I ensure this event runs smoothly as we have over 200 people passing our doors each day.

During my time in the Central Bank, I spent just under five months reviewing ORSA/FLAOR reports for the cross border team. This entailed examining twelve random ORSA's within the team. There were many checklists that had to be complete to ensure that the company being reviewed had included all necessary information. An ORSA report was completed at the end of these 5 months which has been published on the Central Bank's Website. I also helped out my teammates during my time here, with interviews with Chairpersons and CEO's and also i reviewed the majority of the annual returns for the cross border team.
