I have been working for Osiris on updating their website and developing their SEO. This has involved researching keywords, keeping track of those keywords and determining what needs attention.

As the Marketing, Brand and Public Relations Manager, I am expected to review and update all of the above for Lift-Off Global Network. This is done with the aim of increasing brand awareness and authority, as well as using various marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue to Lift-Off. I am also expected to build a network of sources and contacts within the industry as well as among journalists in order to better our Public Relations efforts.

I'm worked part-time as a Bayhost for TopGolf. This involved interacting with guests, primarily for taking drinks and food orders, but also to solve any problems they may have had within the bays as well as answering any queries they may have had. One of our primary duties was to provide a high level of hospitality, this involved checking up on games, giving tips on how to better golf games and making sure our guests were having fun.

In this role I worked with Cats & Shepherd as the liason for Osiris. I would go over all the articles found and compiled both by Cats & Shepherd and by those within Osiris in order to find those that could be posted on social media and within the weekly newsletter. I also worked with those within Osiris in order to create blog articles.I would have weekly meetings with C&S in order to keep up-to-date with what was happening on their end, and what needed to happen on ours.

In this role I was required to manage five seperate client accounts. This involved the initial 'Kick-Off' meeting, as well as all following monthly meetings to keep the clients abreast of their campaigns. After the first week, I would devise a script, as we would then perform a half-day video-shoot where we filmed 10-12 short videos that we would base our campaign around.I would then take the videos and write 150 word Youtube description, 300-600 word blog article, and 200-300 word newsletter and 7 social media posts. I would set up all social media accounts prior to this, as well as design the newsletter to the clients satisfaction prior to send off.At the same time, keyword research would be performed, Google Analytics set up and Paid Advertising set into place. Tracking numbers would be put in place so that any calls created through our campaign could be tracked.Once the campaign was set-up and the client was happy, I would begin a weekly schedule of posts. I would then keep track of traffic and see which posts seemed to have the most impact, all of which would be commented upon and compiled for the monthly meetings.

Cats & Shepherd hired me as an assistant digital strategist. For the past year I have performed many varying tasks for the company. This has included creating wireframes for websites, making changes in the back end of wordpress websites for our clients. Creating and managing various facebook and social media campaigns for various clients. Creating and posting social media posts. Coming up with, and putting into action, digital media strategies. Creating and managing email newsletter campaigns for various companies/clients. Ultimately my role has been varied, but it has given me a wide breadth of skills upon which to draw from to fulfil a number of roles within a company.

For three months I worked as a temp at Faith Recruitment where I ended up doing a number of receptionist roles for varying large companies. Examples of this would be Volkswagen (Guildford) and Duplo International (Addlestone). My role included answering the phone, setting up meeting rooms for clients, booking hotels/taxi's and scheduling meetings.

For nearing 6 months I worked as a freelance runner for a variety of production companies within Soho. In this role I was required to look after clients, and run reels and other packages between production companies.

I was a temp salesperson for Vodafone, which involved talking to customers about technical issues, working out Pay As You Go plans, as well as selling contracts for phones. We were pushing 4G and Business Plans at the time.

I worked as floor staff for a year at Waitrose, although I also received training on checkouts, fish counters and later the dotcom section. This meant I could move around as needed by the company. The final few months I was solely working with the dotcom section, which involved picking up groceries to be delivered to peoples homes.
