With a foundation rooted in research and technical proficiency, I've cultivated a diverse skill set that spans from fostering client relations and revenue expansion at ADP to driving innovative research initiatives during my time at Purdue University. My journey began as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Purdue's Industrial and Organizational Psychology Lab, where I fine-tuned my analytical abilities. I've since honed my leadership and consultative abilities through engagements as a Daniels School of Business Alumni, Vice President of Psi Chi International Honor Society, and as a Small Business Consultant at ADP.
