Claire is an Executive Coach and Facilitator partnering with leaders to create a flourishing and equitable world for all. She enjoys working with individuals and teams to help them get clear about who they are and what they are aspiring to achieve, and always challenges her clients to think bigger and bolder. Claire works with senior leaders across private, public and not-for-profit sectors globally, both independently and through strong Associate relationships. Her systemic approach combines academic rigour, over 10 years experience in a global corporate environment and her own capacity for learning and growth.
