I was promoted to Marketing Communications Manager in 2016 with Shaw Contract. In this role I have a broad focus, overseeing the development, implementation and evaluation of our local communications for the Australian & New Zealand markets.In consultation with the Marketing Director and senior leadership team, I developed and implemented strategic communication and marketing activities over various traditional and digital channels. I oversaw the production and distribution of marketing and communications collateral for our brand, often localising global content. I lead the campaign management process including development and distribution of all communication, ensuring I was on time, on budget, and above all- on brand.With an eye for detail, I often led very complex projects including a yearly calendar of product launches, the complete end-to-end management of our international design tours, strategic event management for two large-scale showroom launches, the local implementation of our global design competition, development of regional websites, and global trial/rollout of marketing automation software.I love what I do at Shaw Contract, and it's truly a pleasure to tell our human-centric brand story in innovative ways.

I joined Shaw Contract Group Australia to be part of a large professional organisation that would leverage and further develop my marketing skills. I was attracted to Shaw Contract Group's design-focused products, and also their industry-leading sustainability practices.In this role I was accountable for all key metrics for Shaw Contract Group Australia's digital marketing strategy. I was responsible for content marketing strategy, social media management, community management, ongoing content development (video, blogs, photography), EDM, CRM, graphic design, product launches, agency management, website management and reporting. I also assisted in managing our events including Expos and Conferences- including my first large scale expo- Sydney Indesign.Being a global company, a large part of my role at Shaw Contract Group is also maintaining relationships with the greater team globally, and ensuring localisation of content for our market.

I first joined this registered training organisation as the Marketing Assistant and was promoted to Marketing Lead due to proven success within the department. Due to the nature of a competitive and challenging RTO market, this organisation changed its name & branding three times during my tenure. St. Hakea is a boutique event styling agency renowned for crafting memorable experiences for clients and their guests. This was my first role after graduating and moving from Brisbane to Melbourne. I was approached by the owner of this business to work with her Melbourne-based start up.In this role I developed and implemented an integrated social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Google+ to increase the brand's following, brand awareness, exposure and sphere of influence.
