Social media, online marketing and community management for ATC artists.

Online Marketing:• Established eCRM program - raised open and click-through rates for email campaigns by 6% through effective use of creative testing, audience segmentation & hyper targeting tools.• Managed display advertising campaigns, including creative briefing, planning, trafficking and optimising marketing media.• Responsible for all copy related to CRM and display media.Social Media:• Established the MySpace UK social media strategy, generating a presence across all social networks and creating opportunities to target campaigns to non-users.• Leveraged expert awareness of social media trends and a solid understanding of how to effectively communicate to users of social networks.• Worked alongside various social media & online PR companies to amplify campaigns off-network.• Developed relationships with key influencers across social media and popular culture.Community Management:• Identified and tracked trends in popular culture and social media which to help shape and enhance marketing campaigns.• Forged relationships with MySpace power users to identify brand ambassadors. This group proved to be an invaluable marketing resource and helped initiatives such as original online drama ‘FREAK’ exceed KPIs with over one million video views.• Established an online community - ‘WeHeart’ - to leverage and incentivise the site’s most creative users - generating coverage in The Guardian, Time Out and London Lite.• Responsible for all community-related copy – blog, emails etc.Content Production:• Co-produced webcasts and live sessions with high profile figures that included Cheryl Cole, Frankie Boyle and Mitchell and Webb.• Worked with brand and editorial partners including Topshop, Mars and Dazed & Confused to secure or create relevant content. • Provided support on sales pitches for clients including L’Oreal and Vodafone.• Curated and programmed content in key site areas including the MySpace home page and MySpace Celebrity.

• Composed main cover feature for March 2008 edition; an interview with Gallows.• Conducted meticulous research supported by a direct yet personable interview technique.• Delivered factual, engaging articles and reviews that rarely required editorial alteration. • Coordinated with PR, labels and management to secure access to relevant artists including The Hives, Lostprophets, Fall Out Boy, Blink-182 and Bring Me the Horizon.

I began this role on a two-month contract but, after only three weeks, was offered a long-term position.Ensuring all patient information leaflets remained up-to-date and accurate and that any updates were processed with efficiently and precision.Requesting legal certificates for Pfizer products on behalf of countries outside the UK.Organizing meetings, lunches and other events as required including an extremely successful ‘values and cultures’ lunch for around thirty members of staff.Working within a team to ensure all departmental submissions were managed and processed in an accurate but timely manner.Accommodating the various day-to-day demands of the Regulatory Affairs department.Telephone, post, filing and other administrative duties.

PA support to project planning and logistics and managerial teams. Diary management, day-to-day organization, travel and accommodation, initial point of contact for clients by phone and email.Organized and oversaw a successful three day conference for over thirty Philips managers - responsible for venue, travel, refreshments and accommodation arrangements. Kept abreast of active projects (generally 40+) and ensured all records were complete.Designed and implemented numerous spreadsheets to monitor current and past projects.Co-ordinated the movements of 22+ demo medical systems on loan around the U.K. Researched and recourse to new suppliers and contractors as required.Compiled and issued proposal, final and installation packages to clients as requested.Solely responsible for creating a comprehensive procedures guide for my replacement. This process involved heavily restructuring current procedures in order to increase productivity.
