I am a sophomore at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, double majoring in both Marketing and Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation. My extensive work experience has equipped me with a unique and diverse skill set. Since the age of 15, I have been employed by Midwest Pool Management, where I have been promoted four times, advancing from a lifeguard to the supervisor of multiple pools in my area. These promotions are a testament to my ability to collaborate effectively, motivate teams, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and excel under high-pressure situations.In 2023, I served as the manager of Shaw Park Aquatics Center, where I honed my leadership skills by managing over 100 employees, ensuring public safety, and perfecting lifesaving techniques such as CPR, AED, and First Aid. Then, in 2024, my role as a field supervisor overseeing nine large aquatic pools further expanded my expertise in maintenance, payroll, management, staffing, operations, auditing, training, and inspections. Initially responsible for two small pools, my immediate success led to my district manager assigning me to supervise the largest number of employees (700+) and aquatic centers (9) within both the district and the company as a first-year field supervisor.These experiences have not only enhanced my professional skills but also fostered significant personal growth. I am a diligent worker, a team motivator, and a detail-oriented leader who thrives under pressure. I am eager to leverage this unique skill set in my future professional endeavors.
