In this role I was the organizer and facilitator for community service opportunities for members. In addition to planning events, it was my responsibility to keep track of members hours and encourage a culture of service.

Travel arrangement booking and planning, household management and organization, supplies management. Liaison for all organization and planning day to day.

Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties, perform general office duties, process payroll information bi weekly, review operating practices and procedures to determine where improvements can be made.
