I'm an implementer with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, proactively and collaboratively solving complex problems, and empowering team members to maximize potential.Previously, I owned and operated an LLC that contracted with the US Embassy in Managua, Nicaragua to provide personal services for embassy employees. I successfully transformed the organization from the brink of bankruptcy to a thriving and efficient association. I also founded the customer success team at Azuqua, later acquired by Okta.
