My role encompasses two key areas, New Business & Awards. This role relies an ability to manage multiple projects at any one time working with the requirement to be able to manage all key stakeholders; from our most senior management team to the day-to-day client teams. I work across the business to ensure our New Business output is always progressing whilst also being responsible for progressing our industry awards performance across both domestic and global events.New Business• Working alongside our Senior Management team in the formation of the New Business strategy • Identifying viable opportunities and delivering prospecting and contact strategies • Development & implementation of agency's pitch approach, guided by a 'test-learn-refine' mindset• Managing the life-cycle of a pitch, from writing credentials, RFI completion & the pitch deck• Development of all pitch marketing, from pre-pitch, pitch theatre to follow up collateral• Coordinating & collaborating with agency teams across internal, local and global markets Awards•Formation of the agency’s award strategy and approach•Working alongside all agency teams to develop a meaningful strategy in line with the overall business objectives•Implementation of all agency awards, from identifying the work to enter to creating the entries
