This 10 week internship program offered opportunities to enhance my CRM and Digital Marketing skills, while exploring new career interests. Individual Project:I developed a full CRM strategy for a new product line launch for the Nature's Bounty brand. My recommendations will provide value to drive awareness and sales. I focused on the key competitive landscape and digital insights to create the digital strategy across social, email and web. I indicated clear opportunities along the Consumer Journey driving the consumer from awareness to purchase to advocacy.Group Project:I collaborated with 5 interns from different CPG departments to develop recommendations for attracting a younger consumer to the Nature's Bounty Broadline and Pure Protein brands. We analyzed Millennial trends and competitive strategies to gather insights. Our final recommendations were presented to 75 associates, including senior executives.

Advertise the outdoor recreation brand to students on 2 college campuses through 4 social media platforms. Correspond with the Brigader Director to maximize brand exposure and effective marketing.

Responsible for the scheduling of 12 lifeguards to adequately fulfill the necessary shift coverage. Ensured the lifeguards performed in accordance with established safety regulations through daily training. Oversaw the swimming area with an average attendance of 90 daily swimmers.

Supervised the swimming pool and ensured the safety of swimmers by enforcing established rules.

Completed day-to-day operations of client check-ins and daily customer billing in an efficient manner. Managed office telephones and scheduled client appointments and pick-ups. Reorganized 1,000 client files by streamlining their information and establishing a concise filing system.
