I deliver online and face-to-face Level 3 and 5 CMI Leadership and Management Development programmes and I assess work submitted as part of the qualification. Clients have included groups from the public sector and individuals from a range of private and public organisations.

I work in partnership with the Learning and Development Team to deliver workshops and webinars for managers and team leaders across the business focusing on having great performance management conversations, wellbeing and resilience.

I am a facilitator with Keystone supporting the design and delivery of a blended Leadership and Management Development programme for a global construction and engineering company. Workshops include leading people, managing people and developing people with coaching and feedback support.

I partner with the internal Leadership Delivery Team to deliver virtual and face-to-face learning across the business as part of their ongoing Leadership Programme. 2020 virtual sessions have focused on listening, resilience and wellbeing, using our behaviours and leading others through change.
