Keystone Development is different to most training consultancies.... we don't have a suite of courses ready to run, and we aren't desperate to deliver training. Instead we focus on creating bespoke training design and delivery solutions that meet your specific requirements, be they 1-hour sessions or year long programmes. Offering bespoke solutions, that are owned by you means that every example, case study, role-play and activity will be designed to reflect your business environment, and the sort of issues your staff will face, to aid the transfer of learning. Your existing policies and procedures are interwoven into our solutions so that a consistent, seam-free service is provided. In essence, we ghost-write your internal learning and development materials, leaving you free to get on with the business of managing the performance and talent of people in your business. As well as traditional workshops, we design more flexible solutions such as distance learning modules and self-directed and coach-led programmes that can be completed in the workplace. These programmes focus on 'doing' and are ideal for manual or customer-facing roles where it is difficult to take them off the job.
