The People Side is a group of leadership development professionals and executive coaches who practice deeply human development with leaders and teams around the world. As Client Partner, I managed a portfolio of client organizations, leading the discovery, contracting, development, and delivery of all leadership development solutions for each client organization.In addition to my role as Client Partner, I also served in multiple practitioner capacities including Executive Coach, Facilitator, Program Architect, Designer, and Consultant.

Founded in 2020, we are a non-profit center of excellence specializing in coach training & development. We offer an ICF-accredited executive coach training program and advanced coach development experiences, including an annual Coaching in Organizations Summit.We are mission-driven and aspire to channel coaching in creative ways for the good of our community and our world, making coach training and coaching more accessible to under-resourced organizations, and increasing coach representation so coaches better mirror the population at large.

As a Mentor Coach to coaches-in-training, I support the professionals in this program on their journey in becoming certified coaches. I provide one-on-one Mentor Coaching, which involves listening to recorded coaching sessions and assessing their coaching skills using a well defined rubric. I also lead a regular Coaching Circle of several students, creating experiences for powerful practice and learning.

• Led design team to build Sr. Leader Acceleration Program for high-potential Sr. Directors preparing for Officer roles. Program design includes 3 assessments, SVP mentoring, executive coaching, and immersive group experiences including simulations and market/customer immersions.• Lead offsites and development sessions for Executive Teams on topics such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, coaching skills, feedback skills, and team effectiveness.• Led a design team to build and launch enterprise-wide Leader Discovery Program for managers and directors (appx 400/year). Serve as program manager and facilitator for immersive 4-day program, including globally. Program includes executive coaching, 2 assessments, and structured boss involvement. Program has received highly favorable reviews and developed a strong reputation, resulting in many added sessions due to demand from the business.• Executive Coach for diverse, high-potential leaders in D&I Accelerated Development programs. Help shape strategy and approach for coaching portion of the program. • Regional Program Liaison, Facilitator, and Executive Coach in Accelerated Development Program for high-potential Field-based director-level leaders. • Consult cross-functionally with business and HR leaders on organizational, team, and leadership challenges. Design and implement tailored solutions. • Led project teams to develop global leadership development solutions for leaders in Global Offices and in Distribution Centers. Solved for remote workforce challenges, technological barriers, and wide-ranging cultural and business contexts to create high-impact programs.• Served as lead contact for Hogan Assessment requests, conducted individual and group debriefs, and facilitated continuous development of internal Hogan coaches. Developed Assessment Strategy for using developmental assessments in Target’s Leadership Development programs.

• Led a project team to design and develop the Leader Foundations Program, an enterprise-wide program for new managers and directors. Included enterprise needs analysis and focus groups, development of competency model, content development, stakeholder engagement, and measurement.• Facilitated multi-day high-potential Accelerated Development Program for rising Sr. Directors.• Drove Mentoring strategy and solutions, including development work on an enterprise-wide mentor matching tool and mentoring guides.• Provided subject matter expertise and instructional design partnership for leader training curriculum on Performance Management Evolution at Target.

- Contributed to strategy formation for developing women leaders at Target- Designed and executed experiential learning events to promote personal and professional growth for Target's female professionals, with typical audience sizes ranging from 50-200- Led a year-long learning group, "Hot Topics for Career Women" that facilitated development and networking for 10 Target women- Assist in planning and executing council events throughout the year

• Built a Key Leader Transitions strategy to support new-in-role leaders at all levels. Conducted extensive internal and external research, defined level-specific competencies, and prescribed needed changes to Target's suite of leadership development offerings. • Redesigned New Leader Series Program for greater relevance, broader reach, and process/cost efficiency. • Facilitated leadership development courses on topics such as Communication, Influence, and Wellbeing.• Served on project team to design and develop a leadership development Web Portal. Curated internal and external learning resources and led content management for the site.

As a contracted coach/consultant, I partner with Authentic Edge, LLC to offer high-impact coaching and training to leaders and organizations. Past engagements include working with leadership teams to build an organization-wide coaching culture as well as coaching for leaders in transition to senior roles.

- Managed a caseload of over 40 HIV-positive individuals. Conducted ongoing assessments and designed relevant interventions, facilitated goal-setting and self-improvement, and directed service coordination to address clients' physical and psycho-social needs.- Educated clients on living with HIV, transmission risk reduction, and other information needed to make informed health decisions- Developed trust and rapport in client relationships and provided emotional support and appropriate crisis assessment and intervention when necessary

- Designed and managed a grant-funded program to administer flexible financial assistance (in the amount of $195,000 over a 3-year period) and housing stabilization services to families in domestic violence shelters in a seven-county region - Created and facilitated training and ongoing guidance to six domestic violence agencies in surrounding counties to execute client referral and program partnership - Identified program candidates, approved and enrolled participants, administered appropriate services including case management, and submitted aggregate data reports to state-level grantors- Continued providing general client services at OASIS, in addition to managing this program

- Provided case management services to survivors of interpersonal violence, helping them to define and accomplish goals related to housing, employment, mental and chemical healthcare, education, and financial stability- Supported survivors with crisis intervention, medical and legal advocacy, education, and community resource referrals - Supervised daily operations and crisis response for an emergency domestic violence shelter- Planned and implemented outreach and educational programs in schools, churches, and community groups- Co-facilitated a Sexual Assault Support Group- Led OASIS in offering culturally competent and bilingual services to the Latina community- Contributed advocacy and thought partnership as part of various community committees

- Led a 4-person team in planning and execution of an 8-state tour, engaging thousands of volunteers and raising over $700,000 of financial support to benefit war-affected children. - Conducted presentations in 160 venues with audiences up to 2,000.
