Solely responsible for recruiting, retaining and training of staff, approving time sheets and authorizing leave requests.Successfully obtained and maintained ongoing Authority to Operate (ATO) for 10 years by adhering to DOD remediation and accreditation processes for production web as well as application and database servers. Remediated all vulnerabilities to ensure system security.Managed Data Center operations which provided round-the-clock support for more than 100,000 users. Designed and set up individual classrooms for easy computer, printer, and network access and enabled voice and video conferencing to enhance educational opportunities for 20,000 students annually.
