Driven by a pursuit of excellence, I am an IT professional in the making. My academic journey is marked by an in-depth exploration of the software used to power today's world, including knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including popular programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel. Other programs include Microsoft Access, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. I am also skilled in website design, having mastered HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. SQL is another programming language I am well versed in, and I have a basic understanding of Python concepts. Customer service and sales are among my strengths, as I have had twelve years of working in the retail industry. I actively manage a movie database between family and friends that keeps track of movie loans, digital copies, and purchases among several households and have built several websites for others. I am prepared to channel my passion and creativity into an IT career with real-world impact.
