Project ManagementTeam coaching for sure all project launch on time; Manage existed service price and new project price through bidding, supply market study and research, supplier negotiation; Adhere to company policy and operation procedure and implement it into daily work.III. Supplier Negotiation:Supplier contract negotiation: payment term, insurance, delivery, and etc.V. Customer Relationship Maintenance:Work closely with corporate operation team to ensure the service level for clients and project, including briefing, bidding, vendor selection, negotiation to sure satisfy customer with good service and good price.VI. Supplier Management: Manage supplier in good performance and be professional consultant on service event; carry supplier classification matrix tool and set next year strategyVII. People Managing:Help them to risk control, develop performance and handle project independent; Find real company and customer needs, help team member follow and execute internal process well; Coach and manage sourcing buyers for sure develop their performance.

I.
