To be responsible for the overall planning, planning, organizing development and project acceptance of the digital project;Responsible for guiding and reviewing the technical management system and technical standards of the company;3. Responsible for system programming, prototype design, man-hour forecasting, planning, schedule and quality control, project acceptance and delivery;4. Responsible for the company's cross-border e-commerce digital management system project (ERP, CRM, BI, data center) docking and matching systems already under development to upgrade betterof the environment;5. Responsible for echelon construction and management of team, professional training of personnel training and guidance, rational allocation of work objectives, rational division of personnel, formulation of work objectives and achievementseffectiveness guidance and performance assessment;6. Oversee the documentation of each stage of the project, communicate with the team on the project progress immediately, and ensure the integrity and specification of the project team documentation.
