For over 20 years, my journey has been fueled by a passion for social impact and a deep commitment to uplifting communities. Today, I am proud to serve as the Director of People and Well-being at Stone Soup Consulting, an international B Corp consultancy dedicated to helping organisations amplify their social contributions since 2008.My professional path has taken me from NGOs in France and Ecuador focused on organisational development and capacity building, to the banking sector, where I honed my skills in CSR and philanthropy. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how impactful strategies can transform lives and strengthen communities.With a background in business administration and finance, I strive to bridge the gap between people and purpose, ensuring that both thrive in harmony. Based in Madrid and a dedicated parent of three, I find inspiration in my family and the countless volunteering opportunities I have been embracing —supporting vulnerable children, food banks, indigenous women, individuals with disabilities, and scouting.I believe that empathy is a powerful catalyst for change, and I’m always eager to connect with like-minded individuals who share a vision for a better world.
