Launching Carbono BiodiversoⓇ - the first carbon offset solution in Portugal that preserves "Gigantes Verdes" large trees proven to be richer in carbon sequestration and highly important in supporting terrestrial biodiversity.We establish co-management contracts with the owners of the areas where these trees are located and pay for ecosystem services so that the large trees and the adjacent area are actively managed, for at least 10 years.With a big potential for replication at a national level, we are currently testing the pilot project in Lousada, where we already have dozens of owners registering to the solution and, so far, have achieved €50,000 in revenue.

• Led creativity and young entrepreneurship online training programs, with an average NPS of 87, adding to a total of 156 hours.• Supported the digital transition of all volunteer activities, due to COVID-19 pandemic, assisting the efforts of 54 volunteers.• Developed capability to track progress towards the organisation's goals (OKR's), tracking several key performance metrics on a quarterly basis.• Led T-Academy Platform, a community-based learning platform of 114 people (and growing), focused on increasing awareness of relevant topics such as systemic racism, gender inequality, corporate sustainability, advocacy and more.• Between 2020 and 2021 Movimento Transformers won important prizes, one of which was the "Mais Ajuda" (attributed by Lidl Portugal), awarded to the project "Reformers" (tackling social exclusion and isolation among elderly population), being one of 6 winners out of 700 entries.
