Role executed within the Momentum European Project, which aims to brake silos and promote migrant women's access to vocational training and labor market opportunities through social economy.- Conduction of interviews and focus groups with Migrant Women living in Europe to assess their needs, challenges and motivations within the Portuguese labor market.- Facilitation of coworking sessions with a wide range of stakeholders in order to understand and develop training and job opportunities for Migrant Women.- Transcription of interviews and preparation of reports based on the data obtained during interviews and focus groups.- Design and facilitation of training workshops for migrant women in the topics of entrepreneurship and self-employment.
