Currently organizing the entire Operations Model in the recently expanded facilities for producing Roof Sheet Roll, Ceiling Profiles, Tubes, Channel Profiles and Galvanizing Plant Direct Reports:-Factory Managers-Procurement Mgr.-Engineering Mgr.-EH&S Mgr.-Quality Mgr.-Operations Finance Mgr.-Logistics Mgr.Main Objectives:-Define new structure for Management Positions and hire the required personnel.-Startup a new Galvanizing Wet Flux Line-Define new set of Key Performance Measurements-Improve Productivity in all Production Lines-Implement financial planning for all functions (budgeting fixed and semi variable costs)-Set up the basis for implementing Continuous Improvement Process-Optimize the Raw Material Inventory-Define the Capital Expenditure required for the continuity and growing of the Plant-Implement Performance Management according to Objectives

Caribbean & Central America

- In charge of Product Development and Quality Assurance for Caribbean and Central America.- Responsible of global strategy implementation for two factories, Honduras and Trinidad & Tobago- Responsible of implementing the Brands strategy and Projects execution for the Brands Portfolio in Caribbean and Central America- Assuring the Talent development according to business needs for the area- Management of Budget for the areas in charge- Member of Operations Leadership Team

Caribbean And Central America

- Responsible of Quality Assurance for Caribbean & Central America- Assure the proper Quality Assurance in both Factories, Honduras and Trinidad & Tobago including complying with Corporate Quality Standards, Statistical Process Control, ISO 9001- Member of Global Quality Team in charge of defining the Quality Strategy and new Methodology for BAT Worldwide- Responsible for the Budget and Strategic Capital Investments- Member of Local Leadership Team

- In charge of Plant for Cigarette Production, Tabacalera Hondureña- To assure complying with production according with Volume demand for Central America- To assure complying with the Quality and Safety Standards according to Corporate Requirements - To define the strategy to reduce wastages in all areas- Identify and manage Cost Reduction opportunities- Implementation of Spare Parts Stocks Reduction- Developed new Process Controls Tools to improve the quality awarness and optimize operators time- To identify and implement Strategic Capital Investment to guarantee the continuity and improvement of the process- To manage Managers for the execution of the defined strategy- Member of Local Leadership Team

- Responsible of Quality Assurance for Tabacalera Hondureña Plant- Assure the proper Quality Assurance including complying with Corporate Quality Standards, Statistical Process Control- Responsible for the propper stabilization of ISO 9001 implementation- Responsible for the Budget and Strategic Capital Investments- Redesign the Software used for Quality Assurance Information Management- Member of Local Leadership Team

- In charge of Tobacco Processing Plant, Tabacalera Hondureña- To assure complying with production according with Cigarette Plant demand- To assure complying with the Quality and Safety Standards according to Corporate Requirements - Actively participated in ISO 9001 implementation and accreditation- To define the strategy to reduce wastages in all areas- Identify and manage Cost Reduction opportunities- Developed new Process Controls Tools to improve the quality awarness and optimize operators time- To identify and implement Strategic Capital Investment to guarantee the continuity and improvement of the process- Absorbed the Volume for all markets in Central America after producing only for the local market (Honduras)- Implemented the factory automation including PLCs implementation, critical Process Equipment replacement- Member of Local Leadership Team
