Project: Trunk Road T2 and Infrastructure Works for Developments at the Former South Apron - Develop and manage the master programme that integrates the dependencies between tunnel excavation using TBM and traditional methods, civil works, electrical and mechanical (E&M) tasks, and the construction of ventilation buildings leading to commissioning.- Set intermediate project milestones and employ visualization tools for effective project management.- Manage local challenges that could impact overall project goals.

As a consultant for the Three-Runway System (3RS) Project, responsible for overall monitoring and verification of the project progress across various construction contracts, including reclamation of 650 hectares of land, construction of a new terminal concourse connecting to the existing and newly expanded airport terminal via 2+km tunnels for the Automatic People Mover (APM) system and Baggage Handling System (BHS), and modifications to the existing runway.- Conducted delay impact assessments on critical work fronts related to interfacing contracts and the overall project, referencing established programs and contract targets. - Performed cost analysis for the overall 3RS project, encompassing expenditure, earned value, and contingency levels.

Project: Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel – Road P2 and Associated WorksThis project involves the reclamation and construction of an 800m dual two-lane Road P2, of which 200m is formed by an underpass structure. My role included planning and coordinating the construction of retaining walls and U-trough structure for the depressed road.Project: Superstructure and Associated Works for Main Works Package 2 for Expansion of United Christian HospitalThe project involves the renovation and construction of a new extension for the hospital complex in Kwun Tong. My responsibilities included planning and coordinating the construction of a new run in/out at the Hospital which involves temporary traffic arrangements, UU diversion, and drainage construction at existing footpaths and traffic lanes.

Consultancy: Preventive Maintenance Programme, 2018 Upgrading/Improvement Works to Lands Department Slopes in the Southern Regions - Investigation, Design and ConstructionThe assignment involves carrying out slope selection and design of upgrading works for man-made features that are under Lands Department’s maintenance.
