My corporate life was in three-continent, Asia(South Korea), the US, and Europe(Germany), working with counterparts worldwide. Currently, I am a coach and speaker based in Germany and work/meet people worldwide online through my Youtube channel and Online classes. I’ve been always in complex and complicated global organisations, which helped me to grow my speciality in how to shape ideas into strategic initiatives and make them implementable engaging multi-cultural and -functional stakeholders.I left the fantastic German sportswear company, adidas HQ, as a global head of franchise sales strategy and product strategy for retail and franchise during the worldwide pandemic in late 2020, having a clear vision to drive the second half of my life doing what I am passionate about.So far, I've been working with leaders in global fashion corporates, international technical software organisations, and electric infrastructure companies as my clients.The experiences taught me that there are common challenges in any human organisation and frameworks that work in them, which I also experienced by myself in my corporates' times.I want to transfer the know-how and experience I have gained and trained using my coaching capability and consulting ability.
