Responsible of the phytosanitary control of greenhouses. Implement an Integrated Pest Management plan combining different methods in order to reduce the use of pesticides. Working as part of sunflower breeding projects, I'm tracking data using especific Pioneer tools, besides other common software as Excel or Access. I am responsible of organizing the sampling of plantlets to identify interested traits using molecular markers. Responsible of the Pesticide Safety program.

Support the Pathology department on the following activities: sowing and growing plants, preparing culture media and growing pathogenic fungi, inoculation in plants, infection with parasite plants and take data. Write the code of Good practices for greenhouses.

Check the receipt of goods for return. Handles defective, discontinued or recalled goods and take decision on the next step. Ensures the returns process follows the quality control procedures and maintains documents as necessary. Keep high productivity in order to offer the best service.

Collaboration on R+D projects about the reusage of wastes from agrofood industries. Search for alternatives to make the most of waste to be used in other areas. Present our project in a workshop for the agrofood industry organized in Montpellier.

I've worked on tomato resistance against whiteflies. My work was based on previous findings about Mi-1-mediated resistance against nematodes and aphids. Training on molecular techniques to characterize the Mi-1 resistance against whiteflies. Participate in the lab meeting and collaborate on nematodes and aphids assays. Attendance to a Molecular biology course at the University.

Collaboration on a project about the parasitism of Eretmocerus mundus on whiteflies to develop a protocol for rearing this parasitoid at Surinver. Active participation on the following tasks: sowing, growth and agronomic control of cotton and pepper plants, maintain B and Q biotypes of Bemisia tabaci, infestation with parasitoids and taking data.

I collaborated on the projet: “Virulence et choix de l’espèce hôte chez le parasitoïde Leptopilina boulardi: Un exemple de sélection optimale de l’espèce hôte” with the aim of understand the behaviour of the parasitoid on Drosophila spp. regarding its virulence and host choice.
