Leading successful change management project to refurbish and reimagine the Student Centre and Student Services; graded outstanding by Ofsted in 2017.Leading the implementation of the college wide Student Experience Strategy.Responsible for the effective provision of information, advice and guidance to City Lit students and potential students and responsible for the management of student resource facilities.Oversight of all financial support mechanisms for students.Working to deliver an outstanding student experience across all service points.

Ensuring that students and potential students have a positive experience when engaging with City Lit. Working across college to identify priorities and shape the student experience strategy, audit and research the student journey, identify best practice models, develop student voice activities, identify best practice and ensure that teaching and learning and the wider student experience dovetail together.Focussing on driving innovation and change from student feedback.

Management of Learning programmes, practitioner recruitment, training and scheduling and development of new programmes.Accountability for a programme of work where up to 1000 visitors per day visit the Globe for learning events; co-ordinating the delivery of over 2500 workshops and lectures per year; line management of an administrative team, a team of freelance practitioners and a team of creative learning consultants and devising and marketing programmes that both compliment the Globe season as well as the current cultural and educational climate.

Management of the Lively Action Programme including financial management of a substantial budget, responsibility for driving the growth of revenue and profit margins; identifying skills gaps and devising recruitment strategies: directly responsible for recruitment, inductions, training and allocation of work for all Globe practitioners.Representing the Globe internationally through travel to secure business and partners overseas; nationally through engaging in current discussion and debate in the Theatre in Education Forum and Education and Young People’s Forum and internally as an integral member of the Globe Learning Team, Access Committee, IT Steering Committee.

Oversight of all activities within Globe Education, ensuring operational efficiency, accurate programming, maintaining detailed financial records and delivering exact internal communication.
