Helping direct and create a pathway for sustainable change within Higher education, as part of a safer streets bid. Previously I was a team lead for a ISVA's and a CYP ISVA project at First Light. This role provided me with skills in management, reporting & leadership. As well as a greater understanding of partnership working across different sectors.My longest role and where I learnt something everyday was as an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) for First Light, for nearly 3 years. I worked the majority of my time in this role throughout Covid-19, having only 7months prior. Formally an Initial Response officer for a Antisocial Behaviour Project within Victim Support for nearly 2years.While studying, I led and co-ordinated the Victim Support Drop-in at Plymouth University's, the first student run support service for students. I completed a Criminology & Criminal Justice Degree at Plymouth University, Graduating in 2018.
