Play Developer, Children’s Links charity, Lincolnshire (Sept 2004 – Present)Achievements and responsibilities: • Contract management, team leader delivering youth services to targeted young people in East Lindsey. This includes volunteering, music and sessional work, positive activities.• Project managed 3 year mobile play activity scheme and family events in Central Beds with Houghton Regis Town council securing 170k of Lottery funding, • Developed a traditional playground games project for schools with teachers and pupils, a resource pack and endorsed training course that received national publicity and was selected for BBC Radio Lincolnshire’s charity appeal. • Delivery of playwork, parenting, John Muir environmental award and volunteer training courses.• Train staff and manage the delivery of summer play activities securing funding annually from Waterloo housing company. • Secured £230k for mobile play and arts play projects in Lincolnshire from BIG Lottery fund. and £150k to provide play parks across Lincolnshire in consultation with communities• Wrote Lincolnshire play strategy and chair the Lincolnshire Play Forum group
