This involves mapping current and ideal processes,investigating what issues are preventing progress and bringing relevant parties together to overcome these.

At the end of the programme, the entrepreneurs pitched for a business loan of up to 50,000ksh, using the work we had done together as supporting evidence for the benefits this investment would have on their business.
