Through process & workflow analysis & subsequent fundamental changes, I reduced the number of staff required to perform the same function from 20 to 11 with cost savings in excess of £90k per year. During the set-up period from November 2002 to April 2003 I simultaneously ran the Royston team during the redundancy consultation and transition periods & set-up the new team in Bracknell.
