Responsible for leading a small team of HR professionals who provide a centralised advice and guidance service across a range of specialised HR service lines including; Total Reward, Employee Relations, Learning and Development and Reporting. The responsibilities of the team are highly varied, from undertaking transactional services, to complex query resolution, to coaching Managers through difficult processes.The role sees me acting as a source of expert knowledge for all relevant specialised services processes, policies and practices. Fostering, developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships with customers, CoEs, key vendors, and BU HR partners to expedite effective query resolution and accelerate utilisation of the Specialised Services provided by the team. Developing and leading all communications specific to the team. Providing data intelligence and trend analysis on HR cases to the business, to allow them to develop and implement appropriate interventions.

Currently working within the Reward and Recognition team, specifically responsible for the end to end project management of Bonus including set-up, implementation and pay-out each half year.Providing advice on compensation and benefits' policies and procedures with further advice on technicalities relating to Bonus plan rules.Writing the supporting internal Reward communication material and leading learning sessions for the business as and when required on the bonus plans.Working with Global colleagues to support the roll out of Global Bonus initiatives in the UK and ensuring smooth transactional processes in relation to bonus plans for UK employees in Global roles / on international assignments.Providing support, advice and guidance to the Atos TUPE team in relation to incoming transitions with regards to compensation plans.Working with senior stakeholders to ensure all UK bonus plans are aligned to company strategy with appropriate objectives set, challenging and influencing decisions accordingly.

Working within the HR Change and Projects team as a HR advisor, I was leading non-TUPE HR related projects with full responsibility for the direction, co-ordination, implementation and completion of projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Prior to this I worked in the Employee Relations team where I was responsible for providing support, advice and guidance to Line Managers and employees on a range of subjects, including discplinary and grievance, redundancy, performance management, absence management, providing face to face support at meetings as and when required, managing difficult conversations and taking a pro-active lead where required.
