I love working with people, teams and businesses to help them achieve health, fitness and wellness goals. I'm trained in classical mat-work Pilates and use this, my degree in Biology and my qualifications in Sports Therapy and nutrition to create programmes designed to meet the clients' needs. Drawing on my experiences in the military, I understand how vitally important it is to be in good health physically and mentally and want to help as many people as possible achieve good all round health.
