Oversee the management of the Foundation's charity partnerships and funding programmes

Working with the Board of Trustees and leading the Foundation team to deliver against its strategy

- Responsible for developing and delivering funding programmes under the Community Investment Fund.- Management of research, evaluation and learning projects in partnership with charity partners.- Management of the Capacity Building Fund on a rolling basis.- Management and development of new and existing charity partnerships.

- Maintained and developed the solicitation, engagement and stewardship programme for (i) individual donors and (ii) memberships, including: the planning and management of a series of fundraising and stewardship events such as garden parties, dinners, concerts and drinks receptions. - Successfully managed and delivered a fundraising dinner with HRH The Duchess of Cornwall as guest of honor.- Worked closely with the CEO and Chairman to raise £1.6m in matched funding for our £3.8m restoration project supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF).- Managed a crowdfunding which exceeded its target of £15,000.- Responsible for the recruitment and account management of ten Corporate Patrons and one Corporate Partner.- Responsible for developing the trusts and foundations funding programme, raising £60k from revenue trusts in 2016-17 and an additional £846k from trusts towards the capital campaign.

• Implementation of annual fundraising strategy with proven success of exceeding targets through a range of events, trusts and foundations, donor stewardship and networking. .• Management the charity’s fundraising and marketing activity as well the day-to-day running of the organisation and the project management of its two charitable projects.• Formation and management of the charity’s first fundraising committee, currently comprising of 13 individuals. Manage and lead monthly meetings as well as communication with volunteers.• Delivery of presentations to a variety of audiences, including a conferences, Rotary Clubs, companies and schools.• Management of the charity’s part-time fundraiser and volunteers.• Management of the organisation's website content as well as the copy and distribution of the charity’s quarterly newsletter.

Collected young carers from their homes and accompanied them on days out or organised activities.

• Communication Liaison for the 250 runners supporting the charity through the Bucharest International Marathon, providing them with comprehensive fundraising packs, all necessary information and ongoing support in the lead up to the event and following the race. • Coordination and management of the first and second editions of an annual corporate table tennis tournament, doubling the number of teams and tripling the income in the second year.• Project management of the first edition of the Edelweiss Fashion Show which attracted high profile supporters. Successfully secured a main sponsor for the event as well as securing vital sponsors and media partnerships.• Responsible for inviting companies and maintaining the guest list for the charity’s flagship event – the Edelweiss Ball. Other duties included liaising with the venue manager and securing auction lots and raffle prizes.• Initiation and coordination of an expat quiz night which soon became a monthly event, raising an average of £500 each month.

• Supported team members with the management of fundraising events and campaigns including football tournaments, networking evenings and concerts and updating the website if necessary.• Served as a liaison between the charity and the fundraising committee, staying in regular contact with them and taking minutes at monthly meetings.• Coordination of the charity's first corporate table tennis tournament.
