I am an independent management consultant with 27 years’ senior management, executive and non-executive director level experience primarily gained in the health service. I have a strong track record in delivering strategic change programmes; I quickly grasp organisational and system complexities and I work with teams to develop plans that are credible, ambitious and achievable.
