I believe that learning from others and passing on knowledge is the key to success. I have recently completed an MBA at Lincoln University, and amlooking for new opportunities to share and develop my skills. Having helped a failing business put in systems and subsequently assisted in the sale of that business I realised I have skills to offer outside of my own businesses. I have sat on the board of trustees for 15 years and managed the accounts for a local charity. I have sat on the board of Governors at a local school for four years, and took on the role of vice chair and then co-chair for a period. I am interested in securing a non executive director role or private consultancy work to help businesses systemise and work more effectively. I have worked with several business and marketing consultants to grow my own business and am proud of the team and systems that I have developed. We have helped over 2000 students achieve better at school through our Kip McGrath Tuition centre and have enabled some of these to break through the dyslexia barrier with our unique Cellfield programme. I am looking to pass on my skills and knowledge and learn some new skills myself.
