Key responsibilities: To provide administration, facilities and general business support to ensure the business operates efficiently and effectively.• Responsibility for managing the day to day running of two financial services offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow• PA support for Commercial Director and Head of Operations, including; diary management/minute taking/expenses/travel and accommodation• Project Management of relocation/refurbishment & IT change projects• Working closely with HR & Learning & Development with regards to recruitment, induction, training and performance management• Management of a small team of Data Processors• Financial reporting to senior management• Managing overheads budget, purchase ledger & office supplier contracts• Ensuring business meets specified legal requirements; Data Protection/Health and Safety/Money Laundering/Record Management• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems• Co-ordination and management of internal/external meetings and events• Responsibility for the on-boarding transition from prospect to client• Delivering excellent customer service to all clients, prospects, internal and external customers• Assisting both the Sales and Operations team to maximise business opportunities
