I’m an enthusiastic designer with over 15 years experience. In my current role I’ve created various brand identities from conception through to delivery, for a multi-award winning organisation.I’m an ideas-driven person and love to inspire clients and lead teams to all pull in the same direction to deliver projects on time, within budget with a successful outcome. I’ve led training sessions for all staff and managers on the value of a brand and presented a suite of brand guidelines for internal and external users. I’m down-to-earth, and extremely focused on producing the best design solutions that take an innovative approach, are eye catching, and surpass the clients expectations. My career to date has provided me with the opportunity to work within large and small multi-disciplinary teams with varying skill levels. This has contributed to developing and shaping my planning, leadership and mentoring capabilities, whilst enhancing my own skills and knowledge on a creative and personal level.
