• Was a Board member of the Higher Education Authority (HEA)
• Led and managed a team of 6 staff members and 10 elected officers based in 4 different regions
• Oversaw the organisation’s operational and strategic plans
• Enhanced internal and external relationships and built stronger partnerships with key stakeholders
