I trained with Eversheds in Cambridge, Norwich and Paris and qualified into the Cambridge employment team in 2007, where I specialised in providing advice to education institutions and developed particular sector expertise regarding governance issues, academies, education joint ventures and safeguarding. I also handled volume Tribunal claims and provided employment helpline services to private sector clients. My language skills and experience of French employment law enabled me to deliver a HR due diligence report in French and project manage multi-jurisdictional restructurings for large international clients. I also led a community investment project, mentoring pupils at a local primary school.
