Current Employment – May 1991 to Dec2015Seaco Global Ltd, formally Cronos Containers Ltd, Marlow, Bucks (An Intermodal Container Leasing & Management Company)Originally joined Cronos as a support Administrator to the Technical Department. 1 year later requested to move to the HR and Building Management Department to join a team of 3 dealing with all personnel and building related matters. Role was mainly facilities/office management –from office refurbishment projects to stationery orders and all contractors. Building was 22,290 sq ft, previously a 100 year old Country House with its own associated problems.Managed 3 office relocations and was sole individual taking care of Building Management. Working closely with Senior Management, IT and all relevant contractors including Furniture, Electricians, Internal Fit-out Companies, and Security Companies etc.• 2000 - Internal move. Building was sold but Cronos re-leased an area of 6,600 sq ft. • 2002 - Second, external, relocation to a similar size office of 6,200 sq ft. In this case had to manage out-going tenants/dilapidations as this building was on a long lease to Cronos and had been sub-let to other Companies before Cronos re-inhabited.• 2013 -Third relocation to premises of 4,600 sq ftEach occasion working with office designers & furniture suppliers to ensure maximum utilisation of furniture and office equipment etc., purchasing minimal new items. Since 2002 have been solely responsible for the day to day Building Management, Health & Safety Compliance, Risk Assessments, Insurance and all Office Facilities plus reception duties, travel plans, etc.From 2004, as office management became less time consuming, volunteered to assist with preparation and administration of the Company leases, and have continued to do so.
