- Provide a warm welcome for residents and visitors to the condominium, especially at the Library Lounge- Provide refreshments such as coffee, tea or wine as well as prepare cheese platter for residents- Responsible for the general upkeep of appearance and cleanliness of the Library Lounge- Act as the point of reference for residents who need assistance or information and attend to their requests - Have detailed understanding of the needs of residents of the with high net worth as the condominium is a luxury high end development and provide them with resourceful and personalised solutions in a timely manner- Create portfolio of knowledge of residents during interactions in order to execute personalised service - Acquire extensive knowledge of the estate and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations- Respond to complaints and feedback with appropriate solutions- Assist in facility bookings for the estate and planning of events if necessary- Assist the Managing Agent (under JLL Singapore) in administration tasks- Dealing with showflat operations in the estate on behalf of the developer such as handling property agent requests and granting them access to units. Opening and closing of showflats for viewings as well as ensuring that it is in a presentable condition

-In charge of coordinating events at The Butcher’s Kitchen Restaurant and The Butcher -Assist the Marketing Manager in his duties-Assist to create promotional collateral for the restaurant and butcher outlets-Promote the restaurant and butcheries via social media such as Facebook and Instagram
