Since leaving University I have amassed a varied and valuable body of work experience. Previous roles have involved providing a service in busy or high-pressure environments, which is something I enjoy. I have a talent for picking up new systems and working practices quickly. This variety within a position is something I seek out and would like to continue. Working with users to solve their problems, both in person and over the phone are the parts of tech support I like the most. I enjoy having a positive impact on a persons’ working day.For nine years I have worked in busy support environments where large projects, such as the conversion from NT to XP, moving offices, introducing Google Apps or switching from IPX to IP have to be managed alongside daily support tasks and equipment refurbishment.
