I'm a board director at Clarion, with nearly 15 years’ PR experience under my belt and a love of all things food & drink.I currently oversee a number of food & drink consumer PR accounts, including Aldi UK, Chipotle and Champagne Lanson. I love bringing brand stories to life, networking with the industry and making sure companies always get the most for their money. Over the years I've worked with a mix of clients from big blue chip organisations, such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever Food Solutions and General Mills, to owner-operator businesses. I have a strong retail and foodservice background and my experience expands to sports hospitality, pet food, charities, kitchen companies and international business consultants.I also play a leading role in new business, and work with my fellow management board members to make Clarion a successful business and fun place to work. I regularly attend chemistry meetings, spearhead on pitches and support others with strategy and ideation. I'm also a key figure in the agency's own marketing - I lead webinars, appear on podcasts, draft thought-leadership, and have even represented the agency on prime time Channel 4 in Aldi’s Christmas Secrets (fast forward to 26mins 30).I'm also incredibly passionate about agency culture, leading the D&I Council and overseeing the Junior Board at Clarion.Favourite campaign I've led?It has to be the creation of Aldi's Next Big Thing TV show - turning a PR idea into an earned prime-time TV show, supported by not hundreds but thousands of pieces of coverage was a career high! Although Aldi's Champagne Bar and Unilever Food Solutions partnership with Coeliac UK and top chef Phil Vickery, follow closely behind. All were such successful campaigns they won a host of awards.Life motto?
