CurrentReporting to the Account Solutions Manager, East Region, I have a direct impact on GATX’s ability to exceed our customer’s expectations and maintain our industry reputation as a leader in railcar leasing. Serving as the primary contact in dealing with customers for all activities related to the management and utilization of their GATX leased railcar fleet. Handling the customer railcar shopping process and using my understanding of railcar repairs and industry best practices to best serve my customer accounts. Working in cross-functional efforts to improve the customer experience.
