We help brands, agencies and publishers integrate mobile into their Marketing and Customers programs.Reporting to the Operations Director, I am highly involved in end-to-end campaign management in the APAC region across digital display, video and audio using various platforms and premium publishers. I am also involved in managing and training campaign operations team members in AU and SEA to ensure that campaigns meet and/or exceed the client’s KPIs whilst maintaining profitability and other goals for the company. Responsibilities included:• Train campaign managers across all our key markets in AU & SEA for any upcoming products and platforms• First point of contact for campaign managers to resolve campaign discrepancies, technical troubleshooting and conflict resolution• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities• Manage campaign delivery for top tier clients while ensuring profitability goals and campaign goals are met and/or exceeded.• Maintain best practices across UI & UX to ensure campaigns are scheduled according to guidelines set by various platforms.• Assist and train the sales teams to ensure campaigns are planned in a way that benefits both client and the company with minimal optimization.• Carry out reporting and analysis for stakeholders both internally as well as externally across a variety of areas including campaign reports, publisher reports & P&L reports.
