Training modes mainly include online training and field training. Online training means online system training or conference calls, field training mainly takes place in the region where sales teams are located.Maintain training records in local system.3. Activity Pre-reviewApprove company activities and non-company activities in internal approval system.Communicate with activity owner regarding compliance concern or for further clarification.Assess special approval according to company policies and maintain records in system after approval.4. HCP Database MaintainenceApprove HCP applications in internal approval system.Maintain HCP database, for example, screening database to check data validation on regular base (work with IT and vendor).5. Activity MonitoringPost-review activities base on established risk points on monthly base. Dig out potential violations through communicating with activity owner or checking reimbursement documents. 6. Activity Violation Statistics AnalysisMake statistics analysis on monthly base.
