Work closely with the executive team performing due diligence as it pertains to site selection across the country for SimonCRE’s expanding portfolio of national clients. Prepares and negotiates contracts, builds proforma budgets to determine project feasibility, investigates fees and permitting, and does other research that greatly assists the development team in the accurate execution of project timelines and budgets.
