SimonCRE was founded in 2010 by Joshua Simon, with the goal to create a company that redefined the commercial real estate development industry. Our firm specializes in ground-up development of retail centers ranging from regional power centers to community shopping centers to small strip centers. We leverage our relationships with retailers to enter markets where we actively buy land, develop it from the ground up, and produce quality shopping centers that enhance the local business climate.
