I have been a lead teacher in multiple classroom ages at this accredited preschool. I started teaching 4-5 year olds for 1 year, then moved on to teach 2-3 year olds for 2 years. I now teach a classroom of 12-18 month olds and have been teaching that age group for the past 2 years. I manage daily operations, potty training, lesson planning, and classroom transitioning, as well as keeping open and constant communication with parents, behavioral management, and developmental evaluation.

I have worked 5 summers at Farm & Wilderness: as a Cabin Counselor, Wilderness Skills Activity Director, and Lodge Director. I've been able to gain experiences like leading multi-day hiking, climbing, and canoeing trips, coaching and managing cabin counselors in success counseling and behavior management, leading farm-based activities such as goat milking, gardening, and animal care, and being a counselor in a cabin of 8+ children for 6 weeks leading their daily operations and behavioral care.
