I have more than 25 years of technical viticulture and vineyard management experience across a wide range of wine growing regions. As GM of AV&M, I oversee the operational management of Group's entire portfolio of 3,000 hectares of vineyards across South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.Before joining AV&M in 2005, I spent eight years working for a major rural merchandise firm as a viticulture agronomist providing advice to a large number of corporate and private growers. In December 2022, I was promoted to General Manager after 11 years as the organisation's Operations Manager, leading a number of successful projects in cool and warm climate wine growing regions.I have broad project management experience in large-scale greenfield developments, redevelopments, rejuvenation projects and major irrigation upgrades. At AV&M, I lead our consulting advice to internal and external corporate clients, including due diligence, strategic asset reviews and investment advice.As GM, I combine extensive business experience with practical agronomy skills to maximise asset performance and profitability.
